Cancellation Policy

At KIVA, your time and well-being are important to us—and so is the time and energy our practitioners dedicate to preparing your treatment. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. No-shows will also be charged in full.  Pre - paid treatments will be refunded in full if made before 48 hours.

We understand that life happens. In the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll always do our best to accommodate with care and flexibility.
