At KIVA, our intention is to create a sanctuary of deep rest, healing, and renewal. We invite you to arrive as you are and allow us to take care of the details. Your time with us is a sacred pause — a chance to return to balance and reconnect with yourself.
Arrival
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in, change into sandals, begin to unwind in our spa lounge before your service with tea & treats.
We recommend enjoying our relaxation area prior to your treatment to enhance your experience, you may enjoy afterwards as well.
Late arrivals may shorten your service time and will be charged in full.
*The perfect add to any treatment is our Infrared sauna or Energy Healing room.
To respect the time and energy of our practitioners, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a minimum of 50% charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Thank you for understanding that this policy allows us to serve all guests and honor our therapists’ time.
Minors Policy

Guests 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, including during treatments.

Guests ages 16–17 may receive treatments without a parent present in the room, but a guardian must remain on-site throughout the visit.
Getting the Most from Your Treatment
Our therapists are here to tailor each session to your individual needs. Please communicate your preferences, areas of focus, or any discomfort at any time — your experience is our top priority.
Personal Items
Please leave valuables and jewelry at home. KIVA Spa cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced items.
We will provide you with a robe, sandals, and a garment bag for your belongings.
Our team practices professional draping techniques to ensure privacy and comfort throughout your service.
KIVA Spa is a device-free environment. To maintain the tranquility of our space, please silence and put away your phone upon arrival.
Serenity
KIVA is a place of peace. We ask that guests keep voices low and move mindfully through the space. Allow yourself — and others — the gift of stillness.
Requesting a Therapist
We celebrate the diverse gifts of our practitioners and encourage you to find the therapist who best supports your wellness goals.
If you have a gender preference or wish to request a specific therapist, please let us know at the time of booking.
Private Gatherings
We love hosting private events, retreats, and group experiences in our relaxation lounge.
Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or seeking a shared wellness experience, we’ll design a personalized itinerary that reflects your group’s needs.
For groups of 4 or more, a 20% gratuity will be added.
Guests are welcome to bring beverages of choice; glassware is provided.
We have a wonderful package that includes beverage, food, and a spa foot treatment! Please inquire.
We kindly ask that all gatherings maintain the serene environment of KIVA Spa for the comfort of all guests.
Returns
Product returns are accepted for spa credit only within 30 days of purchase.
Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest or used toward a different service or product.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Gratuities are not included in service prices but are warmly appreciated.
A credit card is required to reserve appointments.
We share in the credit card fees as a split at 3%
Debit cards have no fees
We accept cash, however, we DO NOT HAVE CHANGE.
Therapist’s love to be tipped through their own VENMO.
Please note that we do accept SpaFinder gift cards.

KIVA Spa gift certificates can be purchased in person, online, or by phone and may be used toward any service or product.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Please treat them like cash — lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
Sauna & Energy Healing Room
At KIVA, we believe in the healing power of warmth and stillness to gently promote full-body restoration. Our Infrared Sauna & Energy Healing room are perfect for those seeking emotional release, energetic rebalancing, physical relief, and soothing of the the nervous system.
We provide: towels and water. You will be given a garment bag for your clothes and a robe with sandles to walk to your treatment room afterwards.
If you would like to use our shower, please let us know ahead of time so we may prepare it for you.
