A New Year Peace Meditation and Sound Healing with Carla and Ocean

We will begin with a peace themed guided meditation to include  metta meditation with sound.  While the participants are in meditation, Ocean and Carla will offer a brief vibrational healing and reiki on participants.  The a closing will include the writing of intentions, then burning them in a small bowl to release the intentions into the universe.

Carla shares, "I was feeling the call to share the metta, or loving kindness meditation as a Peace meditation. It has been personally helpful to me. At Integrated Healing Arts, I’ve offered it to clients as a way to bring peace to our own hearts during times when there tremendous is stress or discord happening in the world."

This will be a great way to kick off the new year.
