Join us for Breathwork & Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath with Geoff & Ocean during Metal Horse Full Moon in June. Full Moon is a time of heightened energy, activity, and emotions, which can open up a window to manifest deepest intentions and aspirations as well as release what has been fulfilled. For the Full Moon this month, we will learn about the energy of the Metal Horse in Chinese Astrology. Geoff will lead us through Pranayama meditation and Ecstatic Breathwork exercises to help our bodies unwind, release, and relax into trance while Ocean will enhance the experience with Soundscape journey to help the body feel harmonized, grounded, centered, and uplifted.

Please bring: Yoga mat, blankets and cushions that may support your practice. An eye pillow (if you'd like to be in darkness) A journal to note down your reflections. We also have props available if you don’t have them…
