Earth Day Full Moon Singing Bowls and Gong Bath

We will gather our intentions for Mother Earth and for ourselves. As the Moon is becoming more full, the night becomes brighter, and our magic in creating our dreams and desires amplifies. What would we like to cultivate, live, and breathe more of? What is no longer serving us from embodying Love, Peace, and Harmony? How would those dreams and desires align with those of Mother Earth? During the gathering, there will be some light movement, intention setting, then we will transition into getting more comfortable, and experience the power of Earth Gong, singing bowls and other sacred sounds. We would love to have you there.

Please bring: Yoga mat, blankets and cushions that may support your practice. An eye pillow (if you'd like to be in darkness) A journal  to note down your reflections. We also have props available if you don’t have them :)

Try not to eat a heavy meal at least 30mins to an hour prior to our gathering. There is a cafe  available to hang out before and after the event.

About Ocean: 

Ocean is an aspiring Taoist Priest/Priestess from Thailand  He received his Chinese Medicine degree from Bastyr University, 200hr yoga teacher training from Ananda Institute of Living Yoga , and Singing Bowl Therapy Techniques  from Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School. In his practice, Ocean is passionate about providing therapeutic experience for his clients through an integrative session of Acupuncture, Sound healing, Thai massage, Thai oil massage, and Energy medicine. About Laura Li Fong Yee: 

Laura offers sound healing from a place of gratitude, drawing from her practices in breath, sound, yoga, prayer and meditation. She values community, communication, connection, and inclusivity, and strives to create an experience that will leave participants feeling connected, grounded and whole.
