HORIZION SERIES The artist, although thoroughly schooled in figurative art in many mediums, on a reoccurring mental pulse, started spraying leftover acrylic paint onto plywood. This soon expanded into a meditative world of color and atmosphere. Works are produced in the spring on properly treated furniture grade birch ply, then sealed with epoxy resin to protect and enhance the delicate layers of aerosol. Later works show experimentation with gold leaf. The artist hopes you enjoy these farsighted visions as much as he did while creating them.
