Full Moon Breathwork & Sound Bath with Geoff & Ocean

Full Moon is a time of heightened energy, activity, and emotions, which can open up a window to manifest deepest intentions and aspirations as well as release what has been fulfilled. For the Full Moon this month, we will learn about the energy of Aquarius and its lessons. Geoff will lead us through Pranayama meditation and Ecstatic Breathwork exercises to help our bodies unwind, release, and relax into trance while Ocean will enhance the experience with Soundscape journey to help the body feel harmonized, grounded, centered, and uplifted.
