Full Moon Breathwork & Sound Bath with Geoff & Ocean

Join us for Breathwork & Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath with Geoff & Ocean during September Full Moon in the sign of Pisces. Full Moon is a time of heightened energy, activity, and emotions, which can open up a window to manifest deepest intentions and aspirations as well as release what has been fulfilled. For the Full Moon this month, we will learn about the energy of Pisces and its lessons. Geoff will lead us through Pranayama meditation and Ecstatic Breathwork exercises to help our bodies unwind, release, and relax into trance while Ocean will enhance the experience with Soundscape journey to help the body feel harmonized, grounded, centered, and uplifted.
