About the event
Full Moon is a time of heightened energy, activity, and emotions, which can open up a window to manifest deepest intentions and aspirations as well as release what has been fulfilled. For the Full Moon this month, we will learn about the energy of Leo and its lessons. Geoff will lead us through Pranayama meditation and Ecstatic Breathwork exercises to help our bodies unwind, release, and relax into trance while Ocean will enhance the experience with Soundscape journey to help the body feel harmonized, grounded, centered, and uplifted.

Please bring: Yoga mat, blankets and cushions that may support your practice. An eye pillow (if you'd like to be in darkness) A journal to note down your reflections. We also have props available if you don’t have them :) Try not to eat a heavy meal at least 30mins to an hour prior to our gathering.
