New Moon Breathwork & Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath with Ocean and Geoff

New moon is an auspicious time to set goals and intentions for what we would like to call into our lives. So they can be brought to the fullest expression as we move toward the Full Moon. For the moon this month, we will learn about the energy of the Earth Snake in Chinese Astrology. Geoff will lead us through Pranayama meditation and Ecstatic Breathwork exercises to help our bodies unwind, release, and relax into trance while Ocean will enhance the experience with Soundscape journey to help the body feel grounded, centered, and uplifted.
