Join us for Breathwork & Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath with Geoff & Ocean during October New Moon in the sign of Libra. New moon is an auspicious time to set goals and intentions for what we would like to call into our lives. So they can be brought to the fullest expression as we move toward the Full Moon. For the New Moon this month, we will learn about the energy of Libra and its lessons. Geoff will lead us through Pranayama meditation and Ecstatic Breathwork exercises to help our bodies unwind, release, and relax into trance while Ocean will enhance the experience with Soundscape journey to help the body feel harmonized, grounded, centered, and uplifted.

Please bring: Yoga mat, blankets and cushions that may support your practice. An eye pillow (if you'd like to be in darkness) A journal to note down your reflections. We also have props available if you don’t have them :) Try not to eat a heavy meal at least 30mins to an hour prior to our gathering.
About Ocean: Ocean is an aspiring Taoist Priest/Priestess from Thailand. He received his Chinese Medicine degree from Bastyr University, 200hr yoga teacher training from Ananda Institute of Living Yoga, and Singing Bowl Therapy Techniques from Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School. In his practice, Ocean is passionate about providing therapeutic experience for his clients through an integrative session of Acupuncture, Sound healing, Thai massage, Thai oil massage, and Energy medicine.
About Geoff: My personal journey with breathwork began years ago out of mild curiosity and a desire for self-discovery, and the journey led to profound shifts in my life and ignited my passion to guide others. Over the years, I have come to understand that breathwork is more than a practice; it's a transformative and natural power that unlocks our innate ability to heal from within.
