About the event
This guided cleanse will help you eliminate toxins built up during winter, increase your energy and vitality, and re-establish your natural state of balance. You’ll take home a care package of Ayurvedic herbs - triphala and ashwagandha, and a herbal tea blend. These will be used during the cleanse. You’ll also get detailed instructions for the 3 phases of the cleanse, and a notebook for recording your experience.
This event is comprised of two sessions. Both sessions are included in the cost and include a special WhatsApp Group for guidance and support.
March 8th - Introductory session - detailed instructions, daily diet and herbs, ideas for self-care during the cleanse - kitchari and chai tea will be served.
March 21st - Celebrate the end of the cleanse and the Spring Equinox with chai tea and date and almond treats.
